The Claim

When you speak with one of our team members and agree to proceed, we schedule a convenient time for you to sign the required paperwork, allowing us to initiate the claim process.

We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning there are no upfront costs or out-of-pocket expenses. EVER. We only receive payment if your claim is successfully collected. If the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.
